Hannah Mangum

PhD Student in Sociology | GSS Cluster Fellow

Hannah Mangum is a Ph.D. student in the Sociology department and a Gender and Sexuality Studies cluster fellow. Her interests include sociology of culture, gender and sexuality, social media, adolescence, and deviance. Her past research has focused on social media’s emerging role as an intermediary in the commercial sexual exploitation of children in the United States foster care system.  She received her B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
