Co-sponsorships

Co-Sponsored Events

The Gender and Sexuality Studies Program receives many requests for financial co-sponsorship and support of events. We are unable to honor all of them, and the amount granted varies based on the nature of the request. We will review all requests quarterly. Co-sponsorship applications from undergraduate students must include a letter of support from an NU faculty member.

We look forward to hearing more about your event!

If your unit would like to request name-only co-sponsorship (i.e. non-financial support), please still complete this form and note $0 in requested funds.

Below are this year's quarterly deadlines:

  • Friday November 3, 2023 for events taking place during Winter 2024.
  • Friday, January 19, 2024 for events taking place during Spring and Summer 2024
  • Friday, April 19, 2024 for events taking place during Fall 2024.

Notification will be sent to all applicants within two weeks following the quarterly deadline. For further information, please contact Carter Caldwell at gender@northwestern.edu.
