Co-sponsorships

Co-Sponsored Events

The Gender and Sexuality Studies Program receives many requests for co-sponsorship of events. We are unable to honor all of them, and the amount granted varies based on the nature of the request. We will review all requests quarterly. Co-sponsorship applications from undergraduate students must include a letter of support from an NU faculty member.

Below are this year's deadlines:

  • Friday, October 5th, 2018 for events taking place during the Fall 2018, Winter 2019 & Spring 2019 quarters
  • Friday, January 11th, 2019 for events taking place during the Winter and Spring 2019 quarters
  • Friday, April 5th, 2019 for events taking place during the Spring 2019 and Fall 2019 quarters

Notification will be sent to all applicants within two weeks following the quarterly deadline. For further information, please contact Eliot Colin at gender@northwestern.edu.
