Co-Sponsored Events
The Gender and Sexuality Studies Program is happy to consider co-sponsoring events that, broadly speaking, engage with the topics of gender and/or sexuality. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor all of the requests for co-sponsorship we receive, and the amount granted varies based on the nature of the request. We will review all requests quarterly. Co-sponsorship applications from undergraduate students must include a letter of support from an NU faculty member.

If your unit would like to request name-only co-sponsorship (i.e. non-financial support), please still complete this form and note $0 in requested funds.
Below are this year's quarterly deadlines:
- Friday November 3, 2023 for events taking place during Winter 2024.
- Friday, January 19, 2024 for events taking place during Spring and Summer 2024
- Friday, April 19, 2024 for events taking place during Fall 2024.
Notification will be sent to all applicants within two weeks following the quarterly deadline. For further information, please contact gender@northwestern.edu.
